Welcome, Secular FAM, to the post-truth era of America. Well, to be fair, truth has never really been our strong suit, America, amirite? Especially not in the last 20 years or so.
The concept of “truthiness,” coined by Stephen Colbert in 2005, encapsulates the kind of “news” reporting done by the likes of Fox News or NewsMax. And now that half of the Fox News correspondents are in the Cult 47 cabinet, our government is now being run by, well, by a bunch of big, fat, liars (as well as drunks, domestic abusers, adulterers, and pedophile protectors - and that’s just Hegseth!).
The Trumpers for Truthiness can be found at every level of government from school board to the White House and everywhere in-between! Just look at what happened last week when all-around badass and State Senator Analise Ortiz (D-LD24) was targeted by the Libs of TikTok account on Xitter. As someone who had that pedo-protecting ghoul harassing me a few years back, I know how violated Senator Ortiz may have felt, but she responded in her usual, badass way.
I’m not sure if Chaya Raichik, the Libs of TikTok account manager, is dumb or if she’s just leaning into her truthiness tendencies. Her behaviors have earned her a page on the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC)’s website as an anti-LGBTQ bigot.
She knows what doxxing is because she does it all the time. So to insinuate that Senator Ortiz is breaking the law is to purposely generate vitriol for the senator while misinforming her (very, very stupid and gullible) followers. When Chaya does this, her goal is to promote propaganda and violence, full stop. If you recall, her transphobic posts about hospitals and schools have caused countless threats of violence and closures.
Weird how she seems radio silent now about the Epstein Files though.
But that was just the beginning of the crusade against Senator Ortiz because you better believe that the ever-dishonest, PiCk mE, evangelical extremist cult members in local Arizona politics needed to weigh in and…well…lie. Like, I can only assume they’re lying and not just ignorant since many of these lawmakers seem to be unclear on what the…*checks notes*...actual laws are that they create.
A bunch of lying liars and other weirdos offered their two cents, including Arizona’s own J6 Insurrectionist, second-to-last vote-getter in the 2024 CD8 congressional primary, Fluent Speaker of “Tongues,” Fake Elector, Arizona’s Biggest Manbaby AND Mama Fratelli Look Alike, former Senator Anthony Kern (R-LD27).
But the point where I guffawed so hard that I spit out my morning coffee came when Arizona Attorney General, Kris Mayes, schooled aspiring Arizona GOP candidate, and current Senate President, Warren Petersen, when he decided to join the fray.
The thing about these truthiness types and the lying liars they are is that they KNOW that if they say something frequently enough, and with authority, their followers won’t question them. Many of them have been trained, often in their churches, to obey their leaders and never ask questions. Their leaders know this, and, well…the lies abound!
It’s been wild watching a bunch of cult members contort themselves on Xitter to make sense of the ever-changing story about the Epstein Files. And folks, there is NOTHING normal about that!
Even Andy Biggs, former GOP State Senator, current Freedom Caucus Congressman (R-CD5), and Arizona Governor candidate doubled down on the lies being spouted by his GOP colleagues.
Biggs’s lies came at almost the same time his daughter’s did. For those of you who missed one of the 30,000 headlines we’re bombarded with everyday in 2025, I’ll fill in the blanks on one of the biggies from last week: Andy Biggs daughter, Mylie, announced her candidacy for the Arizona State Senate (R-LD14) and lied to everyone in her district by encouraging them to vote for her. You see, ‘Lil Biggs doesn’t think women should run for office, and she’s on record saying she doesn’t know if ‘females’ (ugh - CRINGE) should hold office.
If she doesn’t believe in women holding office, why would she lie to constituents and encourage them to vote for one? I imagine it’s to keep OTHER FeMaLe evangelical cult members from challenging authority and running while she runs and demand that they bow down to the patriarchy. Yikes! It’s so hard to keep up!
There are plenty of local elected officials who are women who perpetuate misogynistic beliefs on the regular, so ‘lil Biggs’s lies (or her misogyny) don’t surprise me. Just take a look at one of many of the misogynistic takes from Deer Valley (DVUSD)’s very own Board Member Kim Fisher.
Last week, I got an intimate little glimpse into the world of Mrs. Fisher because I got wind that she had a court date. After a quick glance at the Maricopa County Court website, I could see that Mrs. Fisher is no stranger to litigation.
I decided to travel down to the County Courthouse to see how Mrs. Fisher behaves in other professional settings. From what I’ve witnessed in conferences, school board meetings, and on her social media platforms, it’s pretty unprofessional, but I still wanted to observe her in the wild.
I was running a bit late for the 2:30 hearing scheduled, and I HATE walking into those spaces late. Judges and commissioners are typically big fans of punctuality, and even though it wasn’t my rodeo, I hate the attention when walking into an official meeting late.
As I was picking my belongings off of the security conveyor belt, who did I see walk into the building but Mrs. Fisher herself. It was surprising that she was so late to her own court date where she was the plaintiff, and at this point, it was about 2:40 or so.
I headed off to the courtroom just in time to hear that the case had been dismissed because the plaintiff (Fisher) didn’t show up. I got right back in the elevator and as I exited the elevator, I could see failed DVUSD candidate Tiffany Hawkins waiting to enter. I walked towards the exit, and could hear Mrs. Fisher loudly complaining about the security protocols on the way out.
I knew it would just be a matter of time before she decided to spin a tale about the day's events, and FAM?! It was the epitome of “truthiness” (see above) with a WHOLE lot of assertions about demons and “evil forces,” keeping her from being punctual. The only thing that kept her from being on-time seemed to be her.
She claimed that “the spirit of Jezebel” is strong in the Finches, and made some pretty damning accusations without a whole lot of proof. If these accusations without any identifiable evidence were being hurled at me, I’d consider my own lawsuit.
In any other professional setting (except maybe the Arizona State Legislature), this behavior would likely result in termination and a terrible professional reference.
The lies are neverending, but the one that pisses me off the most is that Cult 45/47’s followers’ claim that they care about women and children. If they did, they would listen to the victims. Over the past several months, the DOJ and the entire White House regime have contorted themselves into human pretzels to keep the contents of the Epstein Files under wraps.
The glaring reality that the current inhabitant of the White House is all over them has even caused some MAGA cult members to sever their allegiance to Dear Leader.
Nick “Your Body My Choice” Fuentes is still spouting off about the obvious coverup, but far too many others have already fallen back in line with Dear Leader because their racism and xenophobia outweigh their desire to protect women and children.
Oh wait! There is ONE woman involved in the Epstein Case that MAGA cares about: Ghislaine Maxwell. She was found guilty of conspiring to commit abuse to countless women and children over many years, but now she’s been sent to a cushy minimum security prison in Texas. Instead of expressing outrage, this week MAGA is BIG MAD about *checks notes* male cheerleaders.
Honestly, for as much as these people support and align themselves with pedophiles and pedo-protectors, nothing they say can be taken seriously.
As long as MAGA cultists support rapists, domestic abusers, pedophiles, and their enablers, each and every one of us must call them out. And not just on social media. We need to call and email elected officials from the local school board to Congress.

Just this week in Peoria (PUSD), on August 14th, 2025, they’ll be discussing an(OTHER) anti-DEI policy, whether they should continue their membership with the Arizona School Boards Association (ASBA), and will consider banning the use of digital tracking for student behaviors (holy shit what an absolute nightmare this is for everyone in the district).
Also, they’ll be discussing whether a sitting board member should sit in on Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings with staff because apparently a sitting board member has been doing just that.
If none of these policies make sense, it’s because the endgame is to destroy public education altogether. They’re written and enacted by people who reject best practices in education and who blindly follow a felon and rapist. Their racism, xenophobia, and love for the patriarchy dictate their allegiance to the Dick Tater in Chief, and that allegiance in-turn dictates their adherence to the truth.
Spoiler alert: they SUCK at acknowledging the truth.
